It depends how long it takes to make my lunch. Today the honey ham has a mysterious funk, so my ham and cheese wrap turned into a cheese quesadilla, requiring extra cook time. Self employment or freelancing definitely isn't for everyone, that's for sure. We all have our weeks where we really do shine, and then there are those where everything and anything goes wrong or gets in the way of work. If I had kids, I don't know how I'd ever get any work done. It's bad enough with a dog and a 9 month old puppy - LOL Thanks for your comment James! I'm a big fan of your work.
